No Refunds
Once a purchase is made or a subscription is initiated, it is final and non-refundable. This means that we do not offer refunds, partial or full, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the service or product
- Change of mind
- Inability to use the service or product
- Accidental purchases
- Technical issues not caused by FastShorts
Cancellations
While we do not provide refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your subscription.
Exceptions
